global-happy-employees-europe.pngA new study of nearly 10,000 working European adults revealed Dutch, Polish and Swiss employees are the most satisfied.

Spain, Germany, the U.K. and France ranked as the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh European countries with the happiest employees, respectively, with 65 percent or more of workers who are satisfied with their job.

Responses varied by industry. Architecture, engineering and building had the highest job satisfaction level — 84 percent of workers were content. In financial services, on the other hand, 57 percent were.
