Hint: You’ll need to start earlier… 

More companies are using predictive analytics during the hiring process; but for it to be truly effective, employers need to use big data recruitment techniques earlier on, according to a recent Gallup report.

Adding high performers who are considered to be top candidates in their field can fuel a company’s success. Gallup’s research also found companies that select the top 20 percent of the most talented candidates see a 10 percent increase in productivity and a 30 percent increase in profitability.

To hire those high performers, however, companies need to find the candidates before another organization does. Making recruiting a key part of your succession plan and ensuring recruiters you work with have the right information can help.
