Focus on scheduling meetings with less people, according to a survey conducted at the February Integrated Systems Europe conference.
More than 95 percent of professionals attending the AV and systems integration event said at least half of the meetings involving timely decision making and/or issue resolution that their company holds take place in small groups, according to technology provider Oblong Industries.
Efforts to progress toward a goal can also benefit from a more targeted approach to participation. Ninety-four percent of attendees also said at least half of the project advancement meetings they attend take place in small groups.
