The research predicts organizations in 41 of 43 countries will hire workers through September, despite uncertainties associated with recent and upcoming European elections, ongoing Brexit negotiations and other factors.

The employment outlook is strongest in Japan, Taiwan, Hungary and the United States; employers in Italy, the Czech Republic and Finland report the weakest hiring prospects.

Compared to Q2 2017, the intent to add staff has strengthened in 17 countries and territories. Plans to hire workers remain unchanged in 10 areas and declined in 16.
