In addition to experiencing sexual harassment at work, sexism, according to three in five HR professionals, remains a general issue for female employees.

Thirty percent of the survey respondents said sexism in the workplace is a concern at their organization. The number of large employers that report female employees face prejudice and discrimination due to their gender is even higher — 41 percent.
