Ralph Brown

Ralph is currently the Head of Diversity and Inclusion Practice and a member of the senior leadership team. He has worked across Healthcare, Finance & Accounting, Aviation, Management Consulting, Mining and Consumer Products.  Ralph, who has been with the company since 2011, is responsible for managing client relationships of domestic and international clients. He leads a team that advises large global, multi-national corporations in the areas of succession planning, pipelining and competitive intelligence.

Prior to joining Talent Intelligence Ralph was a Senior Partner in the Accounting and Finance practice of a multi-divisional national executive search firm. Ralph has a Bachelor of Science in Bio-Chemistry from Morehouse College.

Ralph’s 17 years of executive search, consulting, talent management and research experience have enabled him to successfully place executives in key positions across a broad range industries, across the globe.
