Account Director

 

Alma is an Account Director at Talent Intelligence, managing a team that fills executive level roles for her clients in areas like research and development, enabling functions like financing and legal, commercial functions like sales and marketing, and global product and supply functions like quality and manufacturing. She works closely with stakeholders to serve as an extension of her clients’ talent acquisition teams, partnering with their existing talent, helping with succession planning and talent pipelining, all on top of addressing any open roles, including confidential openings.

Alma joined Talent Intelligence in August of 2021 and thoroughly enjoys the challenge of integrating deeply with her clients’ businesses and serving as experts when it comes to their talent needs.

Alma comes to Talent Intelligence with a wealth of high-volume recruiting experience, as well as a background in pharmaceutical data analytics. This unique background in both data and recruiting, as well as Alma’s highly empathetic and social personality, has made her a natural leader and indispensable addition for her clients.

Alma has a degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Outside of work, she loves to cook and travel with her husband and son.
