Millennials comprise the biggest jobseeking group. The survey, from iCIMS, found 71 percent are looking for a new position. Sixty-six percent of Gen X workers and 44 percent of baby boomers are, as well.

Employees of all generations are eyeing a new industry. The top choices include technology/software, entertainment, communications, banking/finance and consulting.

Respondents gave a number of reasons for looking for a new job. Sixty-nine percent of full-time employees aren’t completely satisfied with their current benefits package.

Forty-two percent feel their current employer offers limited opportunities for growth.
