Talent Growth Planning (TGP) is a natural extension of our Leadership Risk Management services.

The success of every organization is contingent on having the best and most appropriate leadership pool. The risk of not being able to fill mission critical senior roles ahead of demand (and ahead of the competition) represents a significant threat.

Our TGP services address and mitigates this threat.

Talent Due Diligence

Talent Due Diligence is a highly confidential service that parallels and complements the traditional due diligence process associated with Merger & Acquisition (M&A) activity. When executing a Talent Due Diligence engagement our specialist teams focus on 3 steps in the process namely:

  • Pre-Merger - Highly confidential analysis and evaluation of the target company's talent inventory using covert intelligence gathering techniques.
  • Integration - In-depth analysis of management immediately after a merger is announced.
  • 'Dream Team'- Appraisal and benchmarking of the acquired company's existing key talent for retention strategy and succession planning integration.
