After a career in media, where he held a number of senior management positions for leading broadcasting companies, Peter became the founding Managing Director of a publicly listed executive search and selection business in 1988. He led and grew the business to become a market leader with strong annual growth in a highly competitive industry. In 1999 the business was acquired by a leading US based international human resource staffing solutions and outsourcing company. Peter remained as the Chief Executive until early 2002 when he co-founded Talent Intelligence.

Stephen Harvey stephen.harvey@talentintelligence.com

Prior to starting Talent Intelligence Stephen spent fifteen years in the executive search industry holding client partner level positions with some of the world's leading executive search firms. During this time his focus was on the appointment of senior executives and independent directors across a variety of industry sectors. He commenced his career as a naval officer where he specialized in intelligence, linguistics (Mandarin and Indonesian) and warfare operations. He received a citation medal for distinguished service in 1988.

Americas

Simon Ferns, Senior Vice President simon.ferns@talentintelligence.com

Simon joined Talent Intelligence in 2003 having worked in the human capital industry for 20 years. Based in our Chicago office he manages the America's region whilst leading key global account management for selected clients. Prior to joining Talent Intelligence he was a senior consultant with a leading global executive search firm where he worked on numerous high level assignments across a variety of industry sectors. Simon has worked for a number of leading global consulting firms in the UK, Asia and Australia. He has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.

Europe & Middle East

Brett Moffatt, Managing Director brett.moffatt@talentintelligence.com

Brett joined Talent Intelligence in 2005 as Managing Director for the UK, Europe and Middle East region. Prior to joining Brett worked with a leading global human capital consulting firm for 7 years where in his last role he had global responsibility for their Career Management practice and the Human Capital Solutions business in Europe. Prior to commencing his career in human capital consulting he held senior human resource positions with leading publicly listed companies with a focus on organizational development. Brett holds a Masters of Business and a Post Graduate qualification in Applied Science.

Asia

Jo James, Senior Vice President jo.james@talentintelligence.com

Jo joined Talent Intelligence initially our Melbourne office in 2006 and is currently managing the Hong Kong office having moved to our Asia business in November 2007. She has over 15 years experience as a consultant and research professional in the Consulting/Executive Search industry across Asia Pacific. Jo's career in executive search began in 2004 with a leading global executive search firm where she was a Consultant in Consumer Products, Media and Pharmaceutical. Prior to this Jo was the Research Operations Manager (Asia Pacific) for Accenture, supporting executives in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Korea, Singapore and Japan.

Australia & New Zealand

Justin Baker, Managing Director justin.baker@talentintelligence.com

Justin joined Talent Intelligence in March 2004 as a Principal Consultant in our Melbourne office and was appointed Managing Director, Australasia in June, 2009. Justin's background includes a wealth of experience in human resource consulting, talent management, recruitment and executive search. Justin was previously the National Research & Development Manager for a major recruitment firm, specializing in the Education, Government and Business Services sectors. During his three years in this role, he was also responsible for a range of national business development activities. Justin holds a Business Degree majoring in Marketing and HR Management.
